In addition, the sensitivity shown in the process of harvesting and filling of the nozzle of Ufuktan Honey making it very special. Ufuktan spring honey is collected from the various spring flowers and citrus tree flowers. Ufuktan mountain honey is from the north part of the Beşparmak Mountains compiled mainly from tülümb plants making it a dark coloured honey.
